We talk your requirements through with you and incorporate any existing logos and colour schemes you may use. We listen to all your ideas, and produce a selection of designs for you to choose from. These may be altered and changed until you are 100% happy with the design, before we produce your boards. The initial design service works in two ways.
When a final proof has been decided on, we are able to digitally print direct to a correx board for you to view, at actual size if you wish, to ensure the image created is correct for your business. You can even pop it in a garden and view from the street!
For many years the standard square and rectangular boards have proved a successful addition to an estate agents business. Using strong and vibrant colours helps attract more attention to your board. We can produce boards ranging from 1 colour through to multicolour prints, and from 1 board to 10,000 boards! All our boards will be digitally printed and UV Varnished or silkscreen printed. The standard sizes of residential boards are usually 810mm x 610mm and 705mm x 705mm, available as a T or Flag board. Commercial boards 4’x3’, 5’x4’, 6’x4’, and 8’x4’ are available as well as small V wall boards with sides of 450mm x 585mm which can be supplied with window suckers and safety cord if required. All boards are supplied pre-drilled for slips on UV treated 4mm and 5mm correx.
Recent Investments in technology have once again given us an edge on many other board producers, and gives you, our customers, the best possible chance to market your business in the most effective way. We are able to produce a range of shaped boards to suit your design requirements. Our in house pattern punch and cut machinery ensures that all your boards are accurately cut and punched to shape. As we produce pattern shapes in house, we are able to develop new and exiting shapes to aid your design.
In recent years, full colour boards have become more and more popular. SignsDisplay.com have invested in the latest technology to ensure that our full colour boards are of the highest quality and that they are cost effective to everybody, not only those who require a large amount of boards but also those who only require a small quantity. Our full range of boards can be produced using the latest full colour graphics and images, so your corporate identity remains the same throughout. Full colour boards may involve a full photographic background on the board or just a small area of the sign, it may just involve the use of beveled text and gradients on parts of the board. You may wish us to aid you in the finding of a particular image, or we can use a personal photograph of your own to achieve the style and look of your finished board, this may be a picture of a local landmark or a selection of wild animals, a sunset beach or just a face with a smile! The choice is yours! Our Full Colour boards are supplied with a clear protective varnish laminate, for extra protection.

faster turnaround timesFull colour UV inks can now be printed directly onto the substrate, or board. The UV inks are waterproof and very durable, making them ideal for printing onto full colour external boards. As we can now produce our site boards in a single step, we are able to offer the fastest turnaround times on 1-off site boards and short run specials, printed directly from the artwork supplied.

compliment the flatbed printing equipment we have installed a dedicated roll
