types of material that can be used to produce your sign.
External fascia signage plays a central role in accurately advertising your brand to potential customers while retaining your corporate identity across all of your other marketing mediums. A well designed and planned out retail fascia helps ensure that your business portrays the right image. With our depth of experience in all aspects of modern and traditional retail fascias, we offer a complete range of signage produced from a wide choice of materials to give your corporate brand added style and strength.
Aluminium tray signs are by far the most robust, easy to install and easy to clean. The aluminium tray sign is powder coated to standard ral colours to compliment your corporate image. Examples above show powder coated aluminium tray signs that are non illuminated and have vinyl decals applied. We are able to apply full colour digital prints to the face or mount CNC cut acrylic lettering raised from the face. Supplied with fixing angle and all fixings needed to install yourself or we can install it for you.
The aluminium tray system is very popular with corporate clients for High Street locations and retail outlets. As well as the standard non illuminated trays, we are able to fabricate signs with illuminated letters.
Other types of illuminated signage include our ‘Dualcase Boxes’ and ‘Flex-Face’ signs. These products are fabricated in-house by our own team of aluminium fabricators and we are able to produce signs of any size for either wall mounting or post mounting. The edges and capping can be powder coated to standard ral colours, to match your company brand colours.
The Dualcase box system consists of an acrylic face mounted to the aluminium tray. Vinyl or full colour decals are applied to the acrylic face to produce your design. We use ranges of translucent vinyls to produce the desired effect, and can create some of the brightest displays available.
Each Dualcase box system is supplied fully tested for safety and to ensure that the internal lighting system illuminates all necessary parts of the sign and is at the right intensity to give the sign the desired effect. The lighting systems we create for our signs require no external components other than a power lead, and the signs are delivered ready to be attached to your premises and connected to your electricity supply.
The Flex-face system is produced in a similar housing to the Dualcase, and is supplied complete with all electrical components internal to the sign and tested as above. Translucent vinyl or full colour decals are applied, or the design can be digitally printed directly to the reinforced PVC face material to create a new skin. During installation a tension frame is mounted and the sign face is clipped to it. The frame is then adjusted to tension the sign face, like a drumskin. This system is mainly used in retail parks and industrial estates where a large sign is required that has no visible joins.
