In line with our commitment to invest in new technology, <strong>Signs Display
.Com</strong> has just completed the installation of further new printing equipment
at our production facility in Hull.</div>
<p class="main" align="justify">The picture on the right shows staff in full flow
during a normal working day.</p>
<h2 class="main" align="justify">Digital flatbed printer</h2>
<div class="main" align="justify">A major source of excitement at our facility
was the arrival of our new digital flatbed printing equipment, shown in the
picture below.</div>

<p class="main" align="justify">The addition of the digital flatbed printing equipment
allows us to use the latest generation full colour UV ink. The UV ink system allows
us to print directly onto substrates such as correx, foamex, card, and acrylic.
This completely waterproof ink system is ideal for point of sale graphics in
small or large quantities. To compliment the flatbed printing euipment we
have installed a dedicated roll to roll wide format machine for the production
of large banners, building drapes, window films, etc.</p>

Traditionally difficult to engrave using laser equipment because of its properties,
stainless steel can now be given a high definition engraved finish thanks to
a new process developed by <strong>Signs Display. Com</strong>. </div>

<p class="main" align="justify">The surfaceto be engraved is first carefully prepared
with a photo reactive agent, and then the design is engraved into the surface
of the stainless steel using our CO2 laser equipment. The finished engraved
product is permanently marked black, giving a strong contrast to the stainless
steel.<br>
