Available as portrait, landscape or square shaped boards, the FLAG version allows post to be fixed to one side and for the board to face either inward or outward, ideal for wall mounted locations or terraced streets. Simple and versatile.
Available as portrait, landscape or square shaped boards, the T version allows post to be slid between the two sheets, only suitable for properties with garden areas, the T-board remains a favorite with many agents and is the industry standard.
We can produce almost any shape of board you desire, but in designing a shaped board one must consider sheet size restrictions and practibility of transportation & erection, as experts in the manufacture of estate agency boards we are here to help and can shape either the flag or T style board, and offer shaped slips to follow the contour of the board design if required.
By applying a reflective film to the board pre-print we are able to produce boards which ‘glow’ when car headlights hit the surface, this offering a real WOW effect and increasing your brand presence and prestige. Please note planning at the design stage is essential to gaining the best from this type of board, we are here to help and advise.
School fayres, local team sponsorships or seasonal designed boards can all work fantastic for community engagement and brand presence, the estate agent has the benefit of advertisement through their board more so than any other industry!
We produce single sided or double sided printed slips to accompany your board, produced specifically to your design and brand colouring, cut to size and shape (if required) and pre-drilled to match your base board. We also produce bespoke wording post plaques.
If you are looking for something away from the norm, then speak to our sales team about other board types we are able to provide such as our hangman / gallow boards, or our individually printed ‘picture boards’ which show the individual property photos / description.
We stock a full range of board accessories if you wish to purchase everything you need in one place, some board contractors may offer the posts & fittings within their erection fees so we offer the print individually without accessories also if required.
