Our AGFA flatbed printer provides high resolution print, with an impressive 48 CMYK heads, and 4 white heads we can reach production speeds of upto 2,433 ft²/hr (226 m²/hr). Whilst giving us a broad colour spectrum, the bed size of 3000 x 2000mm allows us to print large panels with ease, and the modern head technology ensures crisp clear print quality.

8 pico liter variable dot grey scale, at a native 600 dpi we can deliver 1200 dpi for photorealistic image quality and fine text down to 4pt positive and negative whilst still delivering intense band free solids. The Titan offers a flexibility of multi colour or white ink options, broadening the applications we can manufacture.

Double Sided Print

Retractable register pins hold the position of rigid material perfectly in place, to accurately print double sided boards.

What Material Can We Print Direct to Substrate?

Foamex can be used for Exhibition display panels, Safety Notices, Display Headers etc.

Card is available in a number of different thicknesses and finishes, printed it can form part of a POP display, create eye catching packaging or cost effective header panels. Our print finishing technology allows us to cut & fold display units flat pack for despatch to individual site locations if required.

Rigid PVC is a strong resistant material ideal for safety signs & high impact products.

Aluminium composite panel, (ACM) also known as dibond, & renobond is a plastic material faced each side with a coloured aluminium to offer a tuff and robust sign / hoarding which can be fabricated and used externally.
